- Enroll students (in Maestro SIS [Student Information System]) in the courses they've registered for and track registration progress in Active Campaign
- Communicate with and receive final grades from instructors and assistants and update Maestro SIS records.
- Collect and manage the course and course administrator information provided to the Registrar's Office, including: Google Form responses Course Lists Google Docs and Sheets Maestro SIS and Schoology (LMS) [Learning Management System]
- Help walk new faculty, course administrators, and staff through the IHOPU onboarding/existing process, including: Collecting of contracts Providing access to educational software (Maestro SIS and Schoology) Maintaining faculty and staff lists and communications groups.
