- The Assistant Project Manager will assist in the day-to-day management of community-specific items from planning through the completion of construction.
- Assist with submittal preparation, processing and obtaining project entitlement approvals and permits through governing agencies of various aspects of the community (e.g. zoning, design review/CUP, civil and soils engineering, tentative tract map, Environmental Impact Report and other required environmental documents, resource agency permits.
- Represent and attend HOA board meetings as assigned and communicate back to the company on any follow-up items
