- Manage emergency work orders on an on-going basis in a rotational on-call system.
- Schedule crew members for service and warranty work orders to ensure problems are resolved in a timely manner.
- Manage status update reporting (Oracle, Smartsheet, Sales Force & customer portals).
- 1-5 years of service coordinating experience (experience with scheduling Technicians, invoicing, handling work orders, and 3rd party communication)
