- Leads and directs the team responsible for coordination of transportation, storage, or distribution of donated merchandise for Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA) and its affiliated entities through scheduling and dispatching Leads, Truck Drivers, and Forklift Operators.
- As needed, operates a forklift and maintains forklift certification.
- Responsible for performance management (coaching, discipline, performance improvement plans, and annual reviews), staffing, compensation, and development of Team Members with assistance from the Manager of Operations.
- 1-2 years' work experience in Retail Management, preferably thrift
- Experience with a sit down Forklift, maintains a forklift certification
