- You will manage all lead assignment activities and will oversee queue management, after hours calls/voicemails, call scheduler requests, text messaging, etc.
- We'll rely on you to draft talking points for outbound/inbound call efforts and perform related retail sales call listening and coaching.
- You will drive outstanding customer service by developing and implementing a comprehensive retail sales training and onboarding program.
- Some of your day-to-day activities will include assisting with daily schedules and staffing needs/levels, assisting with ongoing Salesforce implementation and development, performing Live Chat management, and, when needed, staffing and attending both in-house and remote retail sales events.
- CRM proficiency, specifically in MySQL and Salesforce.
