- Reporting to the Chief Counsel, Benefits & Executive Compensation, you will be responsible for a wide variety of benefits and executive compensation related matters drawing on your expertise in federal labor (especially ERISA), tax and securities law.
- Assist with executive compensation and equity compensation design, administration and compliance as needed including stock and incentive plans and related agreements.
- Review benefit and executive compensation-related communications from an ERISA fiduciary and/or plan sponsor perspective.
- Law Degree with a minimum of 2 years of Benefits and Executive Compensation experience
