- Working with the account’s Facility Manager, the candidate will provide support for site budgeting, accounting and finance, maintenance and operations, contract services, purchasing of material, equipment and supplies, project management, landlord management at leased locations, and occupancy services.
- Interface with Client Central Management Services (CMS) facility management regional personnel on critical issues, updates, and provide reports where requested.
- Assist in the development and implementation of the annual management plan; accomplish key performance indicators as identified by the Account Manager.
