- The Assistant Director represents the college and is responsible for planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating noncredit business and employee skills training programs for private and public sector organizations, including needs assessment, sales, and marketing strategies, contract negotiation and pricing, curriculum design, instructor recruitment, and budgeting.
- Supervises the Healthcares Regional Coordinator, Project Director of Apprenticeships, Director of Rural Police Training Academy, and Assistant Director of Rural Police Training Academy.
- Grant writing, grant administration, and/or curriculum design experience preferred.
- Knowledge of adult learning methodologies, curriculum design, and course implementation a definite plus.
- Healthcares Regional Coordinator, Project Director of Apprenticeships, Director of Rural Police Training Academy, and Assistant Director of Rural Police Training Academy report to Assistant Director of Employee Skills and Training.
