- The Assistant Director of Space Management is responsible for space planning, technical services and move operations within the University.
- This includes updating CADD plans and the process of updating document turnover from construction projects (in coordination with Director of Facilities Business and Technical Services).
- This position will work closely with all levels of Facilities, IT, Security/Campus Police, vendors, and clients to ensure that moves meet expectations
- Manages in coordination with Director of Facilities Business and Administrative Operations, electronic and physical drawing database with current drawings, construction documents including campus space standards, specifications, campus maps, off campus leases, evacuation plans, records and correspondence
