- The position is responsible for the organizational and reputational success of the 250+ units in the Hyatt rental program as well as the services we provide to all unit owners and guests as part of our Association management obligations.
- This means leading strategically and tactically in the areas of organizational management and development; staff training and accountability, daily operations; and guest service initiatives.
- Develops the Rooms department budgets by reviewing the recommendations and trends, preparing and presenting a budget package to the managing Director.
