This role entails providing clinical leadership, overseeing all aspects of resident care, fostering teamwork amongst staff, and promoting clinical and educational development.Director of Nursing Location: Keene, NHDirector of Nursing Duties:<ul><li>Coordination of resident care with a "hands-on” management style.</li><li>Oversee the nursing department.</li><li>Evaluate and assess potential residents.</li><li>Maintain resident medical records.</li><li>Maintain a deficiency-free status with the state of NH.</li><li>Attend department head meetings.</li></ul>Director of Nursing Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or willing to obtain BSN within two years</li><li>Registered Nurse (R.N.) licensed in the State of New Hampshire</li><li>Minimum of seven years experience in nursing, including two years in a leadership role</li><li>Experience with individuals with multiple complexities and/or chronic health conditions preferred</li><li>Experience in pediatrics and/or long-term care is advantageous</li></ul>Director of Nursing Compensation:<ul><li>Competitive Starting Salary ($90 - $115k)</li><li>Full Benefits including a 6% match on 403b</li><li>Tuition Reimbursement is Available</li><li>PTO (8 weeks in year one!)</li></ul>Please email your resume to jmoran@gulfstreamstaffing.com to be considered
