- The Assistant Director of Facility Operations and Services (FOS) is a seasoned professional with substantial experience in commercial facilities management, along with construction experience, and the ability to help lead a diverse team of maintenance professionals.
- Work in conjunction with our Campus Operations Associate and our Director of Parent Engagement and Community Events to manage facility event set-up and break down for all internal and rental events;
- Collaborate with the Director of Facilities to develop bid specifications and contract documents for contract work.
- Assist the Director of Facility Operations in the evaluation and selection of new equipment and building/energy management systems and other campus improvement efforts;
- Approve contractor work and authorize payment in conjunction with the accounting team while ensuring vendor compliance with facility maintenance standards;
