- The Assistant Director of Facilities is responsible for supporting the Director of Facilities in overseeing all construction, DOB, FDNY, and other compliance, cleaning, and general maintenance staff at the New York campus.
- The Assistant Director of Facilities will work with the Director to establish priorities for scheduled maintenance services and operations, administer preventive maintenance programs for all facilities, and supervise the performance of emergency and routine maintenance on campus.
- Act as liaison with city, county and state, as it relates to fire, security, and occupational safety, when the Facilities Director is unavailable.
- Assist the Director of Facilities in responding to any and all violations or other municipal notices.
- Hands-on ability to maintain building mechanical systems, equipment, and fire systems; HVAC background a plus.
