- Manage, supervise, provide leadership and administer the operation, design, construction, and planning of the electric transmission and distribution systems, SCADA, metering (including AMI), and/or electrical substations.
- Participate in preparing and administering the departments budget following FERC accounting practices.
- Participate in statewide transmission system planning, operation processes, and regulatory compliance including ERCOT meetings, subcommittees, and reporting.
- Experience with power system planning, engineering design, and/or project management as related to distribution, transmission, substation, operations, or protection and control systems
- Experience in project/consultant management, project review, and capital planning
