- Job Description:Under the leadership of the Director of Clinical Services, the Assistant Director of Clinical Services will oversee the day-to-day operations, administration, and clinical care provided to adolescents and their families at Ohana’s higher level of care (HLOC) including Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP), and Residential Program.
- Key Responsibilities: Program OversightThe Assistant Director will be responsible for the administrative oversight of the development and implementation of daily clinical programming in Ohana’s residential and structured outpatient settings.
- The Ohana higher level of care group- based programming is predominately CBT/DBT – based modalities and incorporates music and art therapy groups, occupational therapy, multifamily groups, and other recreational activities promoting needs of adolescents with behavioral, emotional, and mental health needs.
- Staff Management The Assistant Director will support hiring, training, and supervision of licensed and unlicensed therapists, care managers and behavioral support staff who will be providing direct patient care to adolescents and their families 7 days per week.
- Desired SkillsThis role requires a high level of executive functioning and interpersonal skills to manage staffing needs including hiring, scheduling, performance review, staff development, and remediation, in accordance with human resource policies, as well as analytical skills to solve problems, make decisions, and develop systems for effective workflow and financial viability.
