- Manages the University-wide endowment reporting program, producing nearly 4,000 personalized reports for donors on the annual performance of the endowed funds their philanthropy supports.
- Tracks new gifts and audits University gifts and funds to determine their eligibility for financial reporting and/or stewardship by the University Donor Relations and Engagement (UDRE) team.
- Serves as the central financial stewardship resource on donor relations issues related to financial reporting and fund use; responds to inquiries from donors, gift officers, and colleagues across Harvard; and maintains stewardship records in fundraising databases.
- With UDRE teammates, monitors adherence to policies related to donor gift intent and use of funds, gift agreements, gift and endowment fund reporting, and other reporting to ensure compliance.
- Works with University Finance, Operations, Alumni & Donor Services, and other departments to research and resolve fund administration issues.
