- Job DescriptionJOB SUMMARY: The Assistant Child Care Director is responsible for programming and supervising a child care program to meet the needs of the children and parents it serves.
- The Assistant Child Care Director will be responsible for the site specified in the work agreement, as well as those assigned by the Child Care Director.
- The Assistant Childcare Director will uphold the employee code of conduct and will ensure that all areas of the job responsibilities reflect the mission of the Old Colony Y and the regulating agency.
- Ensure all fiscal policies are adhered to as they relate to collection, safekeeping and depositing of all funds SUPERVISION OF PERSONNEL: Assist with monthly staff meetings with child care staff.
- RequirementsEDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS (Minimum Required): Must meet all requirements for the EEC Director/Lead Teacher Certification.
