- Ensures compliance with all applicable laws and regulations; aids the Chief Probation Officer in coordinating Agency operations with the courts, law enforcement agencies, and related organizations.
- Assists in the direction of the preparation and administration of the Agency's budget; collaborates with the Chief Probation Officer to ensure that fiscal controls are established and that program objectives are met in a cost-effective manner.
- Possession of a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferably in behavioral science, social science, psychology, sociology, criminology, or a related field
