- Provides leadership and is accountable for day-to-day operation for the Ticket Sales team to create and implement comprehensive sales campaigns and strategies for each ticketed sport with the objective of increasing attendance, increasing revenue, and generating new fans within the Wake Forest and Winston Salem/Triad communities.
- Responsible for premium seating sales and inventory management for football, men's basketball, and baseball.
- Responsible for corporate ticket sales outreach within the Winston Salem and Triad communities.
