- This position is responsible for performing administrative functions supporting the enforcement of court orders directing the Sheriff's Office to conduct evictions, seize, sell, and recover personal and real property.
- St. Louis County Government is a qualified agency for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness program managed by the Federal Government.
- Maintains records and completes final reports and summaries on activities and actions taken for writs of execution and landlord evictions.
- Conducts formal Sheriff's sales on seized real estate property by scheduling publications, accepting oral bids from the public, collecting cash, and completing all necessary paperwork.
- Coordinates the transportation of alleged mentally incompetent individuals between the Probate Court and the transportation officers.
