- Plans, directs, implements, and coordinates the strategies and tactics to be employed by the Sales force and Regional Sales Managers to ensure achievement of regional, area and national sales quotas in the effort to surpass our yearly goals.
- Along with the management of up to 6 Regional Sales Managers, the Area Director will also be accountable for high level relationships with key identified hospital systems.
- Direct management of up to 6 Sage Sales Managers and overall leadership of Sales Reps by providing support during the sales process as needed by regional managers and account managers.
- Drives employee engagement through communication, support and responsive management.
- Extensive travel may be required as annual quotas must be maintained.
