- Founded in 2005, and a wholly owned subsidiary of Natives of Kodiak since 2015, EAS specializes in environmental site characterization and assessment, compliance and permitting, natural and cultural resource management, and planning, among other disciplines.
- EAS is currently looking for a mid-level Archaeologist.
- Able to consult and communicate with regulatory agency personnel such as various State Historic Preservation Offices (SHPOs), Native American Tribes, and other interested parties.
- Knowledge of Sections 106 and 110 of the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966 (as amended), Archeological Resources Protection Act, Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act, and other pertinent laws and regulations governing historic resources.
- Create National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA) compliance reports and supporting documentation necessary to protect or mitigate significant archaeological, historic, and Native American sites.
