- Lifeguard programs; instruct all levels of water safety and first aid classes; maintain and monitor pool filtration and chemical feed systems; clean facilities, operate equipment and perform minor repairs; cashier, fill out forms, generate reports and maintain facility records as assigned.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent and two (2) years lifeguard experience and one (1) year as a swim instructor.
- Associate's Degree in Physical Education, Recreational Sports, or a related discipline and one (1) year of experience as a swim instructor.
- American Red Cross Lifeguard Training/First Aid Certification at time of hire.
- American Red Cross Lifeguard Instructor Certification at time of hire.
