Transforming the Future with Convergence of Simulation and Data Applications Engineer General Job Summary Our client in Dearborn, MI is looking for an Applications Engineer General. This is a contract position. What You Will Do Our Client is looking for energetic self-starter engineers to lead the development of future model programs hinged closures from concept to customer delivery, ongoing quality improvement, and cost efficiency. The candidate will work with internal and external customers to develop competitive cost & weight efficient designs. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible to engineer the required CAD and lead analytical and physical analysis to deliver a system that will meet all prescribed requirements. As the program matures, responsibilities will shift to product testing, delivering PSW, and launching within one of our Client's many assembly plants.
