- The Application Administrator is part of a collaborative team of technical specialists who are responsible for the success of ITSD’s initiatives, college assets such as student information system, student data systems, learning management systems, online collaboration systems, and the M365 application ecosystem.
- Provide advanced tier technical end user support.
- Train and onboard IT Support resources as new tools and features are planned to be released to the community.
- Supports ITSD Change Control Request and Event Logger process to ensure all changes are reviewed and approved.
- 3-5 years of experience supporting one or more of the following applications is required: Cisco Webex, Canvas, Cvent, Form Assembly, Qualtrics, EMS, JIRA or Confluence.
