- Now hiring an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician who is HVAC or EPA certified.
- An HVAC or EPA Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician to resolve work orders, complete preventative maintenance, and to support the day to day onsite operations under the direction of our Lead Maintenance Technician and Community Manager.
- You'll work full time, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with an hour off for lunch.
- Your role will be to assist residents with open work orders by making minor repairs within apartments and alongside the Lead Maintenance Technician on routine maintenance and capital improvement projects onsite.
