- The Advanced Practice Provider will work throughout the Central Region, including Midstate Medical Center and the Hospital of Central Connecticut.
- Advanced Practice Provider will provide quality, holistic and cost-effective advanced practice care for patients, families, and others in the electrophysiology population and participate in the surgical and medical management of patients to achieve and/or maintain optimal health status, manage disease and reduce risk of illness.
- In addition, the Advanced Practice Provider Manager will be responsible for overseeing the practice and personnel of Advanced Practice Providers in the Central Region for cardiology/electrophysiology services.
- This includes clinical cardiology at the Hospital of Central Connecticut, Electrophysiology throughout the Central Region along with assistance with the Vascular Surgery Advanced Practice Provider group.
- The Advanced Practice Provider Manager will report to the Heart and Vascular Institute Central Regional Director and the Central Region Chief of Cardiology.
