- Description: JOB DESCRIPTION Job Summary: The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) will access needs, plan strategies and deliver evidence based supports to students with communicative disabilities across a variety of educational settings to include general and special education classrooms, specialized schools and community settings.
- Services provided by the SLP include assessment and intervention in speech sound disorders, voice, language, pragmatics, fluency, literacy (phonology), augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) and dysphagia.
- Hours are based on a 7.5 hour work day with specific hours dependent on the assignment in high school, middle or elementary school buildings or various community educational settings.
- Travel :   Travel is dependent on t he assignment within Bucks County and is reimbursed in accordance with c urrent IRS guidelines and rates.
- Qualifications: Education and Experience: Credentials: Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Pennsylvania Department of Education Certificate in Speech-Language Impaired PK-12 is required Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is required License to practice Speech Language Pathology issued by PA Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs is preferred.
