- Internship/Residency: Successful completion of an internship and residency program which has been approved by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education or the Committee on Postdoctoral Training of the American Osteopathic Association.
- HCWs workers shall maintain current certifications in BLS, PALS and ACLS from the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross.
- Drug Enforcement Agency(DEA) Registration: Requirements for(active) DEA registration numbers are required for Anesthesiologists.
- Legal Authorization to Work in the United States: HCWs performing under this contract must be a U.S. Citizen or: as defined by the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, either a noncitizen national of the United States, lawful permanent resident of the United States, or alien authorized to work in the United States.
- HCWs shall have sufficient experience and ability to manage a full range of anesthesia to include cardiac, thoracic, vascular, burn, neuro, and pain management.
