- The Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM) Analyst is part of the Global Marketing Analytics team within the Global Marketing Solutions function and will focus on CRM for Visa and its clients, in close partnership with the Global Marketing Capabilities team.
- The Global Marketing Capabilities team works with Visa Marketers and Visa clients around the globe to utilize 1st Party customer opt-in data to deploy CRM and digital marketing campaigns that deliver strong ROI. We apply analytic and statistical techniques to measure the impact of marketing on business outcomes, determine what worked well and less well, predict potential outcomes, and advise on optimizing strategy and tactics to drive highest impact and ROI.
- Assist with macro business cases within Visas annual planning cycles to inform resourcing and budgeting.
- Bachelors degree in a quantitative field like Economics/Econometrics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or Engineering.
