- Airport Utilities Division ManagerServes in the Airport Utilities Division of the Airport Maintenance Department at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) or the Airport Maintenance Department at Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD).
- Directs and manages the overall utilities operations of the airport including the operation of the central plant, utility tunnels, the production and distribution of utilities (high temperature hot water, chilled water, natural gas, domestic water, stand-alone heating and air conditioning systems, dedicated fire systems, and all sewer systems).
- IAD only] Coordinates with Environmental Engineering for the permitting and re-permitting of water and wastewater facilities.
- Serves as or oversees Contracting Officer’s Technical Representative/s (COTR).
- Develops business continuity plans for Airport utilities in coordination with the Office of Emergency Preparedness, that clearly delineate the processes and procedures to be followed in the case of an emergency resulting from the failure of any essential function or activity.
