- A bachelor’s degree in agriculture, conservation, construction management, engineering, environmental science, natural resources, or equivalent education/work experience is required.
- At least two years of experience in a conservation, construction, or agriculture-related field is required.
- Assist conservation specialists with the implementation of the Virginia Agricultural Cost-Share Program (VACS Program).
- Assist conservation specialists with the planning and layout of conservation practices by performing on-site inspections, staking projects, and meeting with contractors to review project designs and requirements.
