- Analyzes, gathers, saves, and distributes product promotional materials, plan information, and incentives for MTM team carriers and products.
- Responds to MTM agent general agent email and phone inquiries and assist with scheduling follow up calls with the Manager/Sales Specialists.
- Perform webinar administrative responsibilities such as scheduling webinars, starting and recording webinars, and updating registration lists.
- Works RAMS Flow for primary product/carriers, making agent follow-up calls as needed.
- Knowledge of Sales, Marketing, Contracting, and New Business operations and procedures.
