- Title: Site Director (Before & After School Programming)Position Type: ExemptLocations: Henry Grew Elementary - Hyde ParkPosition Summary: Under the direction of the Program Administrator, the Site Director is primarily responsible for administering the management, policies, procedures, and curriculum of the assigned program.
- The Site Director is responsible for operating a School Age Out of School Time program through the school year (September-June), Vacation Care Program (December, February, and April School vacation weeks) along with Summer Camp during the summer (June-September).
- The Site Director ensures the connection of program activities to Y core focus areas of Healthy Living, Youth Development, and Social Responsibility.
- Works collaboratively with branch leadership, school principal or property management.
- Additional Responsibilities:Remains current in required training i.e., CPR/First Aid, Redwoods, Department of EEC, DPH and as assigned.
