- Led RCCA (Root Cause & Corrective Action) team in performing root cause failure analysis on field returns and presented findings in an orderly and timely manner
- Prepared & reviewed First Article Inspections (FAI's), Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP's), Quality Procedures, Inspection Plans, ECNs (Engineering Change Notice), Quality Manuals & Alerts for several military and commercial aircraft programs
- Participated in both high speed & icing wind tunnel testing of early stage development products across multiple programs, including Apache, Boeing P-8A, Cessna, Mitac, as well as performed thermal analysis of ice accumulation on leading edges (horizontal & vertical stabilizers)
- Designed and constructed test fixtures to conduct functionality tests for Boeing's P-8A Navy Program
