- As the first point of contact in the Admission Office, the Admission Associate is a vital part of a four-person team and reports to the Director of Enrollment Management.
- The Associate will provide administrative and customer service support for the student enrollment cycle.
- Provide customer service for the Admission Office, including the reception of guests and prospective families.
- Manage lead and inquiry data to ensure accurate and timely communication with families, educational consultants, and feeder schools in email and other written correspondence, as well as for accurate reporting and data management.
- Provide administrative support to the Marketing and Communications team such as assisting with social media.
