- Primary areas of responsibility include records management, front office coverage and general office administrative support.
- Administrative support experience should include experience with employee records management, front office coverage, report preparation and excel expertise.
- General knowledge and understanding of all HR functions and HR operations in an organization; Basic understanding of employment laws and HR operations; Knowledge of Library of Virginia records retention and disposition schedules for Personnel records preferable; Knowledge of federal and state regulations and compliance standards relevant to employment, including I-9s, background checks, TB tests, and records management.
- Excellent spelling and grammar knowledge with ability to accurately and efficiently proofread and correct correspondence and documents.
