- Provide Phone Support and Tier 3 Customer Support: Offer high-level support to customers, handling complex issues and reducing the burden on other team members.
- Return Missed Calls: Ensure that all customer inquiries from overnight answering service are promptly addressed, improving customer satisfaction.
