- The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to Southwest Key’s National Headquarters.
- The Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, assisting with departmental projects, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling and preparing for meetings.
- Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents in an accurate and timely manner, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
- Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management database systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
- Maintain accurate and current information for billing, travel expenses, data collection, accounts, petty cash and budget.
