- Administrative support to include calendar management, meeting notes, presentation development, travel arrangements, credit card reconciliation, expense reports and other duties as assigned.
- Coordinating meeting requirements including preparation of agenda, presentation, meeting room reservations, water, refreshments, or lunch as needed.
- Coordinate with facilities on facility related issues such as, fax machines, printers, A/C, workstation furniture repair.
- Assist with tours, site visit, event planning, and assessment logistics as requested (book hotels, air, dinner, create agendas, schedule employees, order meals for meetings).
- Attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials or data input
