- This Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support for the Corporate Secretary, Office Manager, and Accounting Team. In this role, they will collaborate closely with the entire team and undertake advanced administrative duties, while being the point-of-contact for guests and visitors.
- Assist Corporate Secretary: Minute book and governance record management; board meeting preparation, as needed
- Assist Accounting Department: Data entry of new vendors, subsidiaries, accounts, and segments into appropriate software; complete new bank account forms, as needed; arrange travel, as needed.
- Assist Office Manager/Executive Assistant: Contact and coordinate vendors and file Certificates of Insurance (COI) with building management; act as point of contact for facility needs (temperature, need for new lights, etc.)
- coordinate all tasks associated with parking garage management; issue security cards and manage suite security access; assist with calendaring and travel planning, as needed; assist with company event planning, as needed; provide support on time-consuming tasks to leadership team – hunting down travel receipts, IT troubleshooting, printouts of meeting materials – to drive a more efficient organization.
