- Preferred Qualifications An associate degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field, plus three years Industrial Maintenance experience; AC/DC Theory; motor/generator Repair; motor control principles; electrical wiring; national electric code; mechanical repair; solid state fundamentals; application of PLC's; electronic controls; instrumentation; pneumatics; hydraulics; electro-mechanical theory; systems integration; predictive maintenance; automation/robotics; mechatronics.
