- The Accounting Clerk role is responsible for assisting the Accounting Department in a variety of tasks and responsibilities, such as maintaining Accounting Records, assisting in Account Reconciliations, Data Entry/Input, Maintaining Databases or Project Module Information, verification of financial reports and statements, assists with schedules, checking for accuracy in reports, figures and postings and assisting with projects in the Accounting Department.
- Assist in performing general ledger accounting functions as needed and/or assigned for the purpose of ensuring the department functions are completed in an accurate and timely manner during short times of need.
- Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
- Demonstrates support for the mission, values and goals of the organization through behaviors that are consistent with the CCMC STANDARDS.
