- The Accounting Clerk provides support to the accounts payable department by managing a shared mailbox and ensuring all emails are routed properly, opening purchase requisitions, reconciling vendor statements and STO reports, managing office supplies, receiving goods/services in the system by processing BOLs or Packing slips.
- Manage the main phone lines and walk in traffic.
- Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
- Manage incoming Invoices/statements through accounts payable email account
- Stock Transport Order (STO) Report weekly review, reconciliation and filing (hard copy and electronic copy)
