- The accountant II will work closely with the Controller, accounting staff, project managers, senior management, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial information and strategic financial insights.
- Perform and oversee monthly reconciliations of general ledger accounts, including bank reconciliations, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
- Proficiency in accounting software Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate, Vista by Viewpoint, Microsoft Office applications, and financial reporting tools.
- In-depth understanding of construction accounting principles, job costing, WIP reporting, prevailing wage laws, licensing requirements, tax preparation, and consolidation processes.
