- As an Account manager assistant, you'll serve as the primary point of contact customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
- Your responsibilities encompass a variety of crucial tasks, starting with managing Requests for Quotation (RFQs).
- This includes coordinating with our Estimating Planning Engineer (EPE) to provide accurate quotes and maintaining clear communication channels between customers and our team.
- Your role also extends to providing support in marketing initiatives, such as tradeshow preparation and special event planning, contributing to the enhancement of our company's brand and internal culture.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential, with a willingness to learn MRP/ERP software, preferably Job Boss. Familiarity with software like Visio, Access, Publisher, and graphic design tools is advantageous.
