- The Account Administrator’s main function will be to assist the Customer Service Department across a broad range of areas administering full support with orders, item images, UPC sheets and other areas while providing a best in class experience for our customers.
- Answer phones to provide friendly, professional and thorough service
- Handle all concerns in a timely manner- i.e. invoice copies, tracking etc.
- Item Images and UPC’s
- Gathers setup data for orders, including cost and ticketing information
