- The Accessories eCommerce Merchandising Manager is responsible for deeply understanding customer needs and optimizing the presentation, organization, and promotion of accessories throughout Ford.com to deliver an easy and outstanding shopping experience to drive sales growth.
- Implements merchandising strategies and tactics including but not limited to: Brand strategy, content strategy, natural search and site search strategy, customer way-finding including navigation and product categorization/filtering, effectively mixing and managing static and dynamic content, leveraging personalization tools, implementing and monitoring ratings & reviews, building collections, and developing and implementing seasonal incentives and promotions.
- Influence cross-functional team members to affect pricing & promotional strategy, product catalog enrichment, and advertising/media with data-based recommendations and testing
- 5+ years of experience in eCommerce merchandising, with a working knowledge of website development, platforms, analytics, and customer experience design
- 3+ years of eCommerce merchandising strategies and tactics experience including but not limited to: Brand strategy, content strategy, natural search (SEO) and site search strategy, customer way-finding including navigation and product categorization/filtering, effectively mixing and managing static and dynamic content, leveraging personalization tools, implementing and monitoring ratings & reviews, building collections and developing seasonal promotions.
