- The Academic Programs Manager is primarily responsible for coordination across all academic programs and enrollment management within the Department of Computer Science.
- This position directly supervises two full-time professional undergraduate academic advisors with a combined caseload of over 1,200 advisees, closely coordinates with program administrators overseeing Masters and Ph. D. programs within the department and related programs in other units, and partners with faculty leadership on academic program development and planning.
- The position is responsible for all tasks associated with the academic management of the department, such as semester course scheduling, projecting and managing instructional support budgets, as well as overseeing regular academic exercises such as the departments annual Program Learning Outcomes Assessment, bulletin editing cycle, and commencement planning.
- Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of experience required.
