- This position oversees all 4-H programming and supervises volunteers with expertise in project areas; e.g., the 4-H Cloverbud program, community outreach (such as the Embryology in the Classroom program), youth leadership, small animal project, and the “static” division of 4-H which includes Clothing, Foods, Art, Performing Arts, Visual Arts, Natural Science, STEM activities, and Industrial Arts. Some 4-H experiences involve travel and overnight accommodations.
